ShippingAll orders are posted within 1-2 days of receiving payment. In some rare cases, it takes 3 days for dispatch; being if a payment is received on a Friday night, it will be shipped Monday morning. Our cutoff time for dispatch is 3pm daily in Melbourne, Australia time. If your order and payment is received before this time, we will endeavor to ship it to you on the same day. Orders within AustraliaMost orders shipped within Australia are delivered by Australia Post. We prefer to use Express Post as these have a guaranteed next day delivery (to most postcodes) and have a tracking system. We also post via registered post which also has a tracking system and can take 3-5 days. We recommend that if you are not home during business hours that you get your parcel sent to you at work. If delivery is attempted but no-one is home, a card will be left asking you to collect your parcel at your local post office. The postage rate is automatically calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart with the various delivery options and prices presented to you when you go through the Check Out system. International OrdersInternational orders are sent by Regular Airmail. Cost is calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart. You can get a quote for shipping costs by adding items to your shopping cart and clicking "checkout" (you will need to have an account and be signed in for this feature to work). The maximum weight we can ship overseas is 10kg; orders over this weight will be divided into separate orders ReturnsPlease choose carefully as products may not be returned unless they are faulty by the manufacturer or have been sent in error.
